SF第6,7戦 富士スピードウェイ決勝レース結果

SF第6,7戦が7月19日（土）、20日（日）2日間に渡り富士スピードウェイ（静岡県小山町）にて開催されました。いよいよ本年度のSFも後半戦に差し掛かり、ドライバー＆チームランキングで現在1位のDOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACINGの勢いを後半戦で抑えることができるか、また富士スピードウェイで強さが際立つVANTELIN TEAM TOM'Sの坪井翔選手を抑えることができるかが今後の流れを大きく変える為、弊社が応援するTEAM MUGEN含め他チームにとっても重要なレースとなりました。

Rounds 6 and 7 of the Super Formula Championship were held over two days, July 19th (Saturday) and 20th (Sunday), at Fuji Speedway in Oyama Town, Shizuoka Prefecture. As the 2025 Super Formula season now enters its second half, a key question is whether the current leaders in both the Drivers’ and Teams’ Standings—DOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACING—can be challenged. Another focus was on whether Sho Tsuboi of VANTELIN TEAM TOM'S, who has shown exceptional strength at Fuji Speedway, could be stopped. For TEAM MUGEN, whom we support, and other teams as well, this race was of great importance in shaping the rest of the season.

7月19日（土）、SF第6戦は気温28℃、路面温度38℃の晴天の中行われ、予選ポールポジション（PP）を獲得したのTEAM MUGEN No.16 野尻智紀選手（1'22.417）。予選アタックの数周に並外れた集中力と経験豊富なドライビングテクニックで見事、今期4回目、通算23回目という前人未踏のPP回数を達成しました。また同No.15 岩佐歩夢選手も予選5位（1'22.826）と高位置で予選を終えており、両ドライバー共に優勝を見据えるポジションとなりました。

On Saturday, July 19th, Round 6 was held under clear skies with an ambient temperature of 28°C and track temperature of 38°C. TEAM MUGEN's No.16 driver Tomoki Nojiri secured pole position (PP) with a time of 1'22.417. Demonstrating extraordinary concentration and a wealth of driving experience during his qualifying laps, he achieved his fourth PP of the season and a record-breaking 23rd in total. Additionally, No.15 driver Ayumu Iwasa also finished the qualifying in a strong position, placing 5th with a time of 1'22.826. Both drivers were thus well-positioned to aim for victory in the race.

同日15:15から36周or75分間で行われた決勝は気温33℃、路面温度49℃という厳しいコンディションの中、全車スタート。TEAM MUGEN 野尻智紀選手と予選2位につけたVANTELIN TEAM TOM'Sの坪井翔選手は1周目から激しいポジション争いを展開、2周目には坪井翔選手がOver Take System（OTS）を使用しホームストレート上で野尻智紀選手をかわし、そのまま今期2勝目を飾りました。TEAM MUGEN 野尻智紀選手は惜しくも2位表彰台となりました。

The Round 6 final, held on the same day at 15:15, was contested over 36 laps or 75 minutes under severe conditions, with an ambient temperature of 33°C and a track temperature of 49°C. All cars started the race, and from the very first lap, TEAM MUGEN's Tomoki Nojiri and Sho Tsuboi of VANTELIN TEAM TOM'S, who had qualified second, engaged in an intense battle for position. On lap 2, Tsuboi utilized the Overtake System (OTS) on the home straight to pass Nojiri and held the lead until the end, securing his second win of the season. TEAM MUGEN’s Tomoki Nojiri finished in a commendable second place, earning a spot on the podium.

予選5位からスタートしたTEAM MUGEN 岩佐歩夢選手はスタート直後に4位にポジションを上げ、タイヤを労わりながら21周目でタイヤ交換を行い5位でレースに復帰、25周目にDOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACINGの牧野任祐選手を捕らえ4位へ、その後32周目にはKidscom TEAM KCMG福住仁嶺選手をオーバーテイクし3位へポジションを上げ、ファイナルラップでは2位の野尻智紀選手に肉薄するなど、弊社が応援するTEAM MUGENのドライバー同士のバトルになるかと観戦している私たちにとっては非常に緊張する場面もありましたが結果、TEAM MUGENの2位、3位フィニッシュで見応えのある素晴らしいレース展開となりSF第6戦を終えました。

Starting from 5th position, TEAM MUGEN's Ayumu Iwasa moved up to 4th immediately after the start. He managed his tires carefully and made his pit stop on lap 21, rejoining in 5th. On lap 25, he overtook Tadasuke Makino of DOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACING to take 4th, and on lap 32, he passed Nirei Fukuzumi of Kidscom TEAM KCMG to move into 3rd. On the final lap, he closed in on 2nd-place Nojiri, creating a thrilling moment for fans as it seemed a head-to-head battle between TEAM MUGEN drivers was imminent. Ultimately, TEAM MUGEN secured a strong 2nd and 3rd place finish, concluding Round 6 with an exciting and dramatic race.

2日目になる7月20日（日）SF第7戦も天候に恵まれ、気温30℃、路面温度46℃という暑さの中、前日より1時間遅いスケジュールで予選が開始されました。前日とは違い路面温度が刻々と上昇するなかで多くのチームとドライバーがマシンのセッティングやタイヤへの熱の入れ方に苦しんでいるような印象が残る予選となりました。ポールポジションを獲得したのは前日優勝されているVANTELIN TEAM TOM'Sの坪井翔選手。富士スピードウェイは坪井選手は本当に強いという言葉しかみつかりません。

On the second day, Sunday, July 20th, Round 7 of the Super Formula was again held under clear skies. The qualifying session began one hour later than the previous day, with ambient temperatures at 30°C and track temperatures reaching 46°C. Unlike the day before, the rising track temperature presented challenges for many teams and drivers in terms of car setup and tire management. Sho Tsuboi, who had won the previous day, secured pole position once again. There are simply no other words—Sho Tsuboi is incredibly dominant at Fuji Speedway.

TEAM MUGENのNo.15 岩佐歩夢選手は予選5位、No.16 野尻智紀選手は予選最終コーナーで車のタイヤ全部四輪ともが白線の外にはみ出す四輪脱輪（四脱）というコースリミット違反とみなされ、タイムが抹消され12位からのスタートとなりました。野尻智紀選手が一番悔しい思いをされたのは当然だと思いますが、応援している筆者も動画判断では非常に判りづらくリミットセンサーを付けてもらいたいという思いに駆らた予選となりました。

In qualifying, TEAM MUGEN’s No.15 driver Ayumu Iwasa secured 5th position, while No.16 driver Tomoki Nojiri had his lap time deleted after being penalized for exceeding track limits. All four of his car’s tires were judged to have crossed the white line at the final corner—a track limits violation referred to as “four-wheel off.” As a result, he started from 12th position. While it's only natural that Nojiri himself felt the most frustration, as a fan watching the video replay, the judgment appeared quite difficult to discern. It left me wishing that a track limit sensor system would be introduced.

決勝は予定より45分遅れで開始され、前日より周回数が約5周多く41周or75分間、またいつでもピットしても良いルールの中で行われました。予選5位からスタートを切ったTEAM MUGEN No.15岩佐歩夢選手は7周目にピットインを行い早くもタイヤ交換を行いました。岩佐選手はレース全体の戦略とタイヤマネジメントが非常に上手く、メカニックやチームへのフィードバックに長けている選手である為、早くにタイヤ交換を行いワンストップで最後まで走る戦略だったと思われます。

The race started 45 minutes behind schedule and was contested over 41 laps (about five more than the previous day) or 75 minutes. Unlike the previous race, pit stops were allowed at any time. Starting from 5th, Ayumu Iwasa of TEAM MUGEN pitted as early as lap 7 to change tires. Known for his exceptional race strategy, tire management skills, and strong communication with mechanics and engineers, it’s likely that Iwasa and his team opted for a one-stop strategy from the start.

18周目にはセーフティーカー導入となり多くのドライバーがピットイン。岩佐選手は1位となるアンダーカットを成功させたものの、セーフティーカーの導入で後続車が岩佐選手に詰まる展開となりましたが、岩佐選手はセーフティーカー明けの巧みなリスタートを切り、素晴らしいドライビングテクニックで前日優勝の坪井翔選手を3位に制する等、見事な走りで2位表彰台となりました。また同日にはDriver of the Race選出とドライバー岩佐歩夢としての「魅せる走り」で多くの観客と視聴者の注目を浴び魅了しました。

On lap 18, a safety car was deployed, prompting many drivers to make their pit stops. Iwasa successfully pulled off an undercut and emerged in the lead. However, the safety car bunched up the field behind him. Despite this, Iwasa made a brilliant restart and demonstrated outstanding driving skills, holding off Sho Tsuboi—who had won the previous day—and securing an impressive second-place finish. His performance earned him the "Driver of the Race" title, captivating both spectators at the venue and viewers at home with his exciting and skillful driving.

SF第7戦優勝はDOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACING No.6 太田格之進選手、2位 TEAM MUGEN No.15 岩佐歩夢選手、3位 VANTELIN TEAM TOM'S No.1 坪井翔選手となりました。
