SF 第9, 10戦 富士スピードウェイ予選・決勝結果

2025 全日本スーパーフォーミュラ選手権は10月10日（金）～12日（日）、残り4戦となる最初の重要な2戦が富士スピードウェイ（静岡県小山町）で行われた。10日（金）に行われた午前中のFP1、午後からのFP2の天候は気温は低かったものの、降雨や濃霧もなく各チーム順調な走行。

The 2025 All Japan Super Formula Championship held its first two crucial races of the remaining four rounds at Fuji Speedway (Oyama, Shizuoka) from Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12.

During Friday’s sessions—FP1 in the morning and FP2 in the afternoon—although the air temperature was low, the weather remained clear with no rain or fog, allowing all teams to complete their runs smoothly.

翌日11日（土）の天候は予定通りの雨。気温17℃、路面温度20℃のウェットコンディションの中A、B各組に分かれ午前10時10分予選が開始された。Q1予選A組のTEAM MUGEN 岩佐歩夢選手は最速の1'31.884とA組唯一となる31秒台を叩き出し1位でQ2進出。

On the following day, Saturday, October 11, the weather unfolded as forecasted, bringing rain. Under wet conditions with an air temperature of 17°C and a track temperature of 20°C, qualifying began at 10:10 a.m., divided into Groups A and B.

In Q1 Group A, TEAM MUGEN’s driver Ayumu Iwasa set the fastest lap with a time of 1'31.884 — the only driver to record a time in the 1:31 range — and advanced to Q2 in first place.

Q1予選B組のTEAM MUGEN 野尻智紀選手も1'32.905と難しいコンディションの中も安定した走りでB組2位でQ2へ進出。雨が激しくなる中、行われたQ2でも岩佐歩夢選手のペースは全く落ちず、他ドライバーを大きく引き離す1'33.196で首位に躍り出て2位のVANTELIN TEAM TOM'S サッシャ・フェネストラズ選手に約0.771秒ものタイム差で引き離していた。

In Q1 Group B, TEAM MUGEN’s Tomoki Nojiri also delivered a steady performance under the challenging conditions, recording a time of 1'32.905 to finish second in his group and advance to Q2.

Despite the rain intensifying during Q2, Ayumu Iwasa maintained his strong pace, setting an outstanding lap of 1'33.196—far ahead of the rest of the field—and pulling away from VANTELIN TEAM TOM'S driver Sacha Fenestraz in second place by an impressive 0.771 seconds.

重要なレース、大雨と雨の中のウォータースクリーンそしてQ2残り40秒。誰もが岩佐選手のポールポジションが頭をよぎった瞬間にその映像が飛び込んできた。コカ・コーラコーナーから100Rの途中に大雨によってできた川にタイヤをすくわれ、マシンはそのままグリップを失い、スピンしながらコーナー外側のタイヤバリヤにクラッシュした岩佐選手のシーンだった。

It was a crucial race amid heavy rain, with water screens obscuring visibility. Then, with just 40 seconds remaining in Q2—at the very moment when everyone thought Iwasa had secured pole position—an unexpected scene unfolded.

Coming out of Coca-Cola Corner and midway through the 100R section, his tires were caught by a stream of water formed by the downpour. The car lost grip, spun out, and crashed into the tire barriers on the outside of the corner.

このクラッシュで予選Q2は赤旗中断となりそのまま終了。赤旗の原因となった岩佐選手はQ2タイム抹消となり予選12位となった。その後、ダメージのためエンジンの積み替えを余儀なくされ規定により10位グリッドを下げられ、結果22位での決勝スタートとなった。チームメイトの野尻選手は1'34.205、予選3位通過で決勝3番グリッドを見事獲得。ポールポジションはVANTELIN TEAM TOM'S サッシャ・フェネストラズ選手となった。

Due to this crash, Q2 was red-flagged and subsequently ended without being resumed. As the cause of the red flag, Ayumu Iwasa’s Q2 lap time was deleted, placing him 12th in qualifying. Afterward, due to engine damage from the accident, the team was forced to replace the engine, which resulted in a ten-place grid penalty under the regulations. Consequently, Iwasa started the final race from 22nd on the grid.

His teammate, Tomoki Nojiri, meanwhile, posted a 1'34.205 lap, securing third place in qualifying and an excellent P3 start for the race. Pole position went to VANTELIN TEAM TOM'S driver Sacha Fenestraz.

決勝はセーフティーカー（SC）先導で午後15:00からレースはスタートしたものの継続した降雨と濃霧の影響で２回の中断となり僅か12周でそのままレース中止となった。このレースで圧巻だったのはTEAM MUGENの小池チーフエンジニア率いるエンジニアの皆さんだろう。左フロント全損でエンジンまでも破損した岩佐選手のマシンを決勝までの数時間で修理を確実に行いセッティングを行い決勝まで送り込めた底知れないチーム力を感じられ特筆すべき点だ。

The final race began at 3:00 p.m. under the safety car (SC), but persistent rain and dense fog led to two race suspensions. After only 12 laps, the race was ultimately called off.

What truly stood out in this event was the incredible effort of TEAM MUGEN’s engineers, led by Chief Engineer Koike Tomohiko. Despite severe damage — including a completely destroyed left front and a broken engine — they managed to repair Iwasa’s car, fine-tune the setup, and have it ready for the final in just a few hours. It was a remarkable demonstration of the team’s technical strength and determination.

第9戦は規定周回数に足りずハーフポイントが加算される結果となった。

翌12日（日）に行われた第10戦も降雨はほとんどないものの朝から濃霧に襲われ、予選までは無事予定通り行われた。ポールポジションにはDOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACINGの牧野任祐選手、2位 PONOS NAKAJIMA RACING イゴール・オオムラ・フラガ選手、3位には同じくDOCOMO TEAM DANDEKION RACING 太田格之進選手となり、TEAM MUGENの

岩佐選手は4位、野尻選手が5位となったが決勝は濃霧の為、中止となった。

On Sunday, October 12, Round 10 took place under minimal rainfall, but the circuit was enveloped in thick morning fog. Despite the challenging conditions, qualifying proceeded as scheduled without major issues.

Pole position went to Tadasuke Makino of DOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACING, with Igor Omura Fraga of PONOS NAKAJIMA RACING in second, and Kakunoshin Ohta—also from DOCOMO TEAM DANDELION RACING—in third. TEAM MUGEN’s Ayumu Iwasa qualified fourth, followed by his teammate Tomoki Nojiri in fifth. However, due to the persistent fog, the final race was ultimately cancelled.

第9戦、第10戦ともに悪天候の影響に悩まされ続けた今回の重要なレース。濃霧のように何か不明瞭なまま心のもやもやも収まらないがこの悪天候の中、TEAM MUGEN 岩佐歩夢選手、野尻智紀選手はじめ他各チームのドライバーの皆さんが怪我もなく無事に終えられたことがSFにとって第9戦、第10戦の何よりの成果だと感じた。次戦、鈴鹿サーキットの最終決戦へ引き続き熱い声援を送り続けたい。

Both Round 9 and Round 10 were plagued by adverse weather conditions, making this double-header particularly challenging. While the outcome may feel as unclear as the dense fog that hung over the circuit, the most important result of all is that TEAM MUGEN’s Ayumu Iwasa, Tomoki Nojiri, and all other drivers completed the weekend safely without injury.

As the series now heads to the final showdown at Suzuka Circuit, we look forward to cheering passionately for them once again.
